We want you to love your order! Please read our return guidelines carefully before making your purchase.

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for providing and paying for return shipping.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. This fee helps us cover processing costs.

Final Sale Items

• All items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• This includes special sale collections such as the $15 Collection and the Last Chance Collection.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
